[s-cars] Which type Stabilant 22

The stuff is shipped in a more or less pure state and you then dilute it 
with an appropriate solvent.
Most of use can obtain isopropanol (iso-propyl alcohol) easily at your 
local pharmacy.  That's what I'd recommend simply for ease of access.  Use 
95% isopropanol not the 70% stuff sold as rubbing alcohol.

The solvent simply carries the stabilant 22 and evaporates after the 
material is applied leaving a thin film of the "good stuff".
