I have what I think is the same problem. I posted about it a few months ago  
and did not get one response. Oh well.
Does that fuse on the back of the radio control the radio or the CD changer  
in the trunk. My trunk changer will eject the cassette, which means it's 
getting  power but will not load or play. The radio head will show "CD-00" but 
nothing  more in CD mode. Is the changer then functionally dead and needing  
replacement?
Any advice where to look for cure?
