Ivan,
My moisture trap is near the ECU. It looks like spun polyester
inside. I wonder
if a little moisture could freeze and block airflow through the
filter ? The filters
purpose seems to be to prevent a slug of moisture (fuel, I always
assumed)
from being ported directly to the ECU. Or, perhaps the cold weather
just stiffened
the hose enough that it didn't adhere to the plastic barb as well.
The Mrs. has probably kicked your car out of the garage in favor of
hers also.
