[s-cars] Boost Creep?

Hi S-Heads,

I have a 95.5 S6 sedan with roughly 73k. With the
exception of Samco hoses, the engine is stock. Within
the last couple weeks under full throttle application
I've noticed the car appears to be pulling too strong
as if it's over-boosting. It's done it a few times,
but it isn't consistent. Every time it's done this
I've backed off the gas for fear of causing damage.
This morning not only did it pull perhaps even
stronger than before, but when I backed off it bucked.
The first time the bucking was moderate, but the
second time under only partial throttle the bucking
was violent. There was only one buck on both
occasions. There after I drove very conservatively so
there was no recurrence.

Any ideas as to what this might be?

PS - I seem to recall a similar problem with my '92 S4
a couple years ago, but can't for the life of me
remember what it was. Actually, I don't even know if
the problem ever went away! But I do know that with
the S4, there was no increased power, just the
bucking. 

Incidentally, I had another Turbo charged car a few
years ago that once the weather got cold started to do
something similar. In the end it detonated and I had
to have the top end rebuilt. Could the problem with
the S6 be the beginning of this kind of problem?
