[s-cars] Failed Emissions

All,

I failed my yearly smog. Changed the O2 sensor (3 wire splice variety), 
spark plugs, and air filter.

The check light still throws a "sporatic oxygen sensor signal" and "engine 
speed sensor" fault (where is that sucker?). The car is running rich and 
failed idle and 2500rpm measurements.

The car is RS2/K27coldside, Stebro exhaust w/cat, full RS2 software 
(shadetree version, VMAP), cam, MAF, and injectors.

150,000 miles.

Any advice would be helpful. I have ProDiag and, since my dad is a TV 
repairman, I have an awesome set of tools ... I can fix it.
