[s-cars] Weird boost issue

I had that backwards. If you connect the WG directly to the boost side, it
will open at low boost and prevent normal boost from building. The
boost pressure opens the WG, not closes it. I had mixed that up. oops.
When I broke the WGFV, I connected the WG directly to boost so that I could
drive the car for a couple days. It runs fine but with very little boost.
