[s-cars] Bose system pops with Alpine deck

Howdy all,

            It looks like the zero-data mute function on my new alpine deck
is wreaking havoc when connected to my stock BOSE setup in the 95 s6. Every
time a station is changed, cd track changed, I get a nice loud THUD. Music
still plays normal, but there is no way I'll deal with the loud thud.. Any
ideas? I think I might be SOL on this because of this alpine "feature" that
seems to be unchangeable.

            If it comes to replacing the BOSE setup with new speakers and
relying on the radio amp, what speakers go up front in the S6? 5.25"
inchers? Back is 6.5" plate speakers, yes?
