The numbers from Gary Martin are good for the e-brake oil (grease)  
seal.  Chicago Rawhide makes
a seal that fits, the CR 16x24x7 HMS4 R.  If you can find a NAPA  
store stocking this part 6405 you are
in luck.  They are pricey if you have to special order.   Do you have  
any left, Frank?

I am sure there is an industrial bearing and seal supply house in the  
big city that has this part or a substitute
and probably can supply the other o-rings and seals you need based on  
size, either comparing the old part
or using your measurements.

The write-up you referenced was done by Constantine Bogach.  Maybe he  
is lurking on the list and might
provide some info.

If you are successful at this I have a pair that need rebuilding  
after I powdercoat them.
