As Paul noted, I ordered them from Wurth. The part numbers are 0558 9957 for the male connectors on the ground terminals, and 0558 9967, I believe, for the female connectors on the positive leads. I'll have to double check on the female connectors because I ordered both gauge sizes that the connector comes in, but I'm pretty positive I used the smaller gauge one. You have to order in packs of 25. The male connectors were approx. $0.45 each and the female connectors were approx. $0.73 each. I do plan on keeping a bunch for myself for future repairs, but I have extras I could part with if somebody wants some.
You need to have the proper crimp tool for these types of connectors. I believe they are referred to as a "W" crimp.
