[s-cars] AWD wagons

Hey Lee,
Have you driven one or even sat in one? Not all that much recognizable from
the blue oval parts bin. Sure, the car would enjoy that sweet super-charged
V8 from the S-Type R, but the X-Type is priced rather reasonably for a
mid-sized awd premium sports sedan IMHO.
Nice to finally meet you on Sat...
Jim

Never thought of it. I have not heard good things about the X-type
generally. The Jags have always been, um, slightly different. The big sedans
are wonderful to drive, in a grand cruising sort of way, but their
ergonomics are quite mediocre.
The X-type, IIRC, is a world car, built on a Ford (Mondeo?) platform. Too
small and slow, with dubious ancestry :)
