[s-cars] Overboosting.

One more tidbit:
 I am using Kevin Day's TDS-1 boost gauge, which recieves output from the 
ECU, so the issue is *not* that the ECU is unaware how much boost the car is 
making.
 The high boost levels have been verified both with Kevin's gauge and with 
an analog gauge, so no issues with the TDS-1 either.
