FWIW, for any of you who may have an interest, apparently there have been
some cancellations, and as of Friday afternoon 2 Sept, something like five
(5) spots available on the Finland winter drive, February 21-25, 2006 at the
Audi Winter testing facility in Kittla, Finland, located pretty far north,
inside the artic circle.  For more information, or to reserve a spot,

Hello everyone,

Attached is a tentative agenda for the Audi AG Driving Experience in
Finland. The dates are from February 21-25, 2006. Price of the school is
$4335. The price does not include airfare to Helsinki, or airfare from
Helsinki to Kittila, your ice driving experience destination. $1000 deposit
must be received by September 15 to confirm your place. 

September 3, 2005

Rainer Kammerbauer, who arranges the school for Audi AG, sent the timetable
below to help you arrange the flights from Helsinki to Kittila. It appears
that there is one flight a day from Helsinki to Kittila and on the return,
Kittila to Helsinki. I would recommend arriving at least one day early to
recover from jet lag and to enjoy the city of Helsinki.

The school is half filled at this time, only five places left...so if you
have a friend that would like to go along let them know.
