[s-cars] Coolant Leak at Front of Engine

I was changing my oil today and saw dried coolant drips on the x-over
tube. It looks like it coming from the front of the motor.

I'm thinking its one of two things; 

1. the water pump
2. the return line to the turbo, the metal pipe looks like it has a
short piece of rubber hose which runs behind the t-belt cover.

Hopefully, it's the latter as I did the t-belt and water pump about 2
years ago.

Any thoughts or advice would be appreciated.
