[s-cars] Wastegate Screw Replacement

If by chance you are missing the Wastegate Screw and need a replacement,
contact Syro at spypana at hotmail.com. Spyro discovered his S-Car was missing
it after looking at my car and borrowed mine to have a replica machined.
Kind of an unusual problem but in case anyone needs a replacement screw
