Nope Matt, I already have replaced it with a much lower mileage (150K 
lower) and one year newer urS6 already RS2ed.

Psssst!  Hey Buddy!  I have a real nice older S6 (with a few issues) for 
sale.  :-D  It will be ready to go once I get a couple of things (a miss 
from a failed PSO, etc.) taken care of.
