Well, so far I've got 57k miles on my OEM F5DP0R.  Car has never skipped
a beat.  Still runs great.  And for the sake of this discussion I just
pulled a couple of plugs and compared them to brand new ones I have in
the bin.  Other than normal soot discoloration, they look great.  Only
very, very slight wear of center electrode and gap is still in spec.
The way I look at it, if I only need to spend $50-$60 every 60k miles,
or more, for OEM plugs that I know will work, why would I bother looking
for something cheaper.  Just doesn't seem worth it to me.
