[s-cars] Coils

S-men,
Well, rewired my coils took my car out, ran great, no miss (I'm thinking, time well spent, Bill (who suggested it was a waste of time)), left my car sit for a couple of hours, tried again, now miss is back full time (damn, Bill, you're right again). Pulled the injector wires, #3 is the problem, switched the POS's, still #3 so it appears #3 coil is toast.  I have 226,000 km on the car so, as has been suggested, I need to bite the bullet for new coils. Some questions:
1. Where is the best price, is $120 US pretty much the going rate and is there a good Canadian source at the equivalent rate?
2. When you purchase the coils do you get the thermo wire insulator as well, if not, is it an Audi part?
