[s-cars] Brake pressure accumulator

It is a sign that the hydraulic system is losing pressure in
the brake system somewhere, but you need to eliminate
leaks elsewhere in the system before zeroing in on the bomb .
Your first guess is probably right, but could be $250 wrong if
that is not the problem, and, if so, you could need that $250
to help pay for the other possibilites, ie, a high pressure hose
or hydraulic brake booster, so check for leaks there also.  Any
fluid or dirt accumulation could indicate the problem on lines,
the pump, etc.
