[s-cars] Expansion tank replace or just a hose clamp?

Michael,

it is a common break for the "brass" insert to start to move within the
plastic portion of the tank.

When I tried to replace my clamp the insert popped out of the tank
completely and then it REALLY leaked. 

I recommend replacing the tank.
