I just went through this, the cheapest route is to use the 993tt
caliper, RS2 bracket and S8 rotors. Total cost including brake hoses,
pads and hardware is under $1100 US. Its not a one-stop shop, but the
savings looks like $400 for your time.
I have the parts list if you are interested.
