[s-cars] RS2 turbo and EM install questions

TAP chip with RS2 turbo and EM with stock everything else is just fine. A
local to me recently found out that he had an RS2 turbo and EM while only
running Lehman stage 1 with 3 BAR MAP for quite a while, and parts looked
old, like they've been on there for many years with just the mild
programing.
Tom M. also did this set up, while waiting for his tune from Mihnea.
