I agree. Depending on what kind of flare wrench you have, you may also
want to grind down the 11mm flare wrench as well. Some flare wrenches
are beveled, so if you use it to disconnect the rubber hose from the
hardline you will only be making good contact with half the fitting. By
grinding that bevel flat you will make full contact. Depending on where
you live these brake lines can be stuck darn good.

A tip, you may have to grind down the 10 mm flare wrench to get it to
fit over
the nut when you swap the x-over tubes. The nut sits very close to the
caliper
body. You don't want to round this off...
