The ballast (or igniter) is the most likely culprit, Bob, although the
capsules do fail as well. The ballast can be replaced with any generic
unit - you have to determine whether the igniter on your system is
integrated into the ballast or the bulb (or is separate entirely) and buy
the corresponding ballast to match. If your capsule has failed, you are
probably stuck getting a new OEM headlight, capsule, and ballast package.

Check your wiring and fuses first though :)
