[s-cars] Times stops when parked

I know it's not performance related, but it would be nice to have the
clock keep working when the car is parked. Right now it only runs while
the car is on. Is there a fuse someplace for this power supply, or is it
most likely a trace on the printed circuit board? I had the dash out for
temp display bulb repair but didn't see anything obvious with the
clock...
