[s-cars] whining replacement heater blower (yes, replacement)

Great.

Does anyone have a clever way of (re-)balancing the fan?  I have extra clips
from the old fan.  I just can't think of any way to balance it at home,
short of trial and error.

Maybe I'll get lucky and be able to swap the plastic squirrel cage from
the old blower to the new one.
