Yeah, the STi gets about the same gas mileage as the Beetle, I'm driving the
Beetle every day, now I'm figuring out how to rewire the seat airbag
harnesses so that I can install '03 GTI seats into the Beetle as well as an
'01 GTI steering wheel (3-spoke thick leather).
 Any help on late model VW seat airbag harnesses and steering wheel airbags
would be greatly appreciated, including where to buy the parts (female
connector from '01 Beetle seat airbag harness, tool to remove and replace
the wiring pins in the connector and the airbag for the 3-spoke wheel).
