[s-cars] Seeking 92 S4 or S6 Plus Springs

That is what I thought. Two alignments later we couldn't get camber closer
than 1 4'. Being too lazy to do Igor's mod myself I bought the 2Bennett kit
and solved the problem with a third alignment. With regard to the springs,
I really like them in combination with the Bilstein HD's. I'm still
scratching my head over why a factory spring couldn't be aligned to spec.

Matt:
You are in the same camp as me, subtle lowering with enhanced handling
characteristics. In fact, I have a set of the S6 plus springs in my
garage since last summer which I have never got around to installing. I
fully intend to, but have been putting it off.
The springs Europrice sells are for the S6 Plus and are listed for $599.
What's interesting is that the same springs are also used for the
euro-spec S6, with sport running gear. What's even more interesting is
that the rear is the same part number as USA 1992-spec.
If you can find a used set of 92 springs, this would be the cheapest
way.
I'm confident that since the lowering is only 20 mm, the camber can be
adjusted without slotting the mounts.
