[s-cars] Mysterious fuel pump problem at start

I have found hard starting can also be from the check valve at the FP, it
will bleed back all pressure to the tank.
The ecu controls the FP, and it assumes there is enough pressure to start
the engine.
When I had the problem, I would have to go WOT and crank it for a while till
the ECU decided to start the FP.
