Ron: Yeh, its a bit weird. It does say "no reserve" in the text of the add but it also says Starting Bid CDN$3999 and "0 bids".  (WTF??)

Maybe Andreas would like to clear that up for us.

Plus, where are the real S4 wheels? The wheels in the photo are from some Audi 100 and are DOG ugly.  Inappropriate for an S-car unless they are only the winter wheels.
