[s-cars] First Formal Announcement: 2nd Annual Leavenworth Beer and Brats Run Sept. 24/06

This is the first formal announcement of the 2nd Annual Leavenworth Beer
 and Brats run.  Details aren't finalized but on Sunday, Sept. 24th,  the 
Vancouver S-car club will meet locally and convoy down to Everett area 
where we will meet up with the Seattle UrS-car group. Together, we will 
then cross over to Leavenworth for Beer and Brats.

Reserve the day (Sunday Sept 24th).  Details to follow.
