Yeah that will work (55 Gallon drum), would be the last time anyone saw
me..

5 Gallon will do just fine.

As to the autoclose... I have to think that maybe a lock box contact is
a tad messed up, or many the one in the trunk. Has to be something
explainable, and result of the car being apart...
