Yes.

You are correct in that you are an intrinsic part of the car, and vice
versa, and therefore you and the car pay $25 as an entity.  Anyone else
that is riding along in your half human/half machine cyborg pays $10,
though we may have to make an exception for your 24 y/o niece ;-)  

Heavy drinking Russian buddies may have to pay double as we'll have to
get more beer.

P.S. - You can't pay in rubles/kopeks
