[s-cars] power mirrors inoperative - ideas?

I had the driver's door panel off so I could clean and lubricate
my sticking latch.

Upon reassembly the mirrors didn't work, I discovered a broken wire
to the conntector for the mirror and repaired it but they still 
don't work.

Is there a fuse for the power mirrors?

Also now when I turn on the turn signals both indicators in the 
IC flash....weird!

I'd greatly appreciate any suggestions!
