Evan: I have almost every magazine article ever written about the S-car
(140 in my collection) and I believe them to be underrated supercars in sheep's clothing. I also organize a local (Vancouver BC) S-car club. Every
S-car that dies or is parted out is like a personal friend dying to me. I
don't want to see a single one die an unnatural death, i.e. being parted
out while still being a runner.
That being said, where I am, ALL the S-cars I know of are ALL kept up,
some even resurrected from a potential parting situation and brought back
to full glory (or pretty close). I guess where you guys are (mostly) there
are abused S-cars that deserve to die. I haven't seen any here.

Go ahead and part 'em all Dave! I'm not disagreeing with you, I just don't
see why you care. As far as I'm concerned the only problem with UrS cars
right now is that there are too many. When all these bargain basement UrS
cars get parted out, crushed, or wrecked, the ones that have been loved and
kept on the road will be worth what they deserve. Hold out old friend, your
victory is coming.
