[s-cars] Driveshaft center support bearing and hanger

I've got a bad vibration and noise coming from directly under the
parking brake lever.  It is is hardly noticeable under normal driving,
but very pronounced under  hard acceleration.  I took it to a Tires Plus
just to have them figure out what it was because I had no way to get
under the car at the time.  It turned out to be a failed drive shaft
center support bearing and/or hanger.  Any of you listers have
experience with this failure?  What is the procedure for replacing said
bearing and hanger?  What are the part numbers of the bearing and hanger
and where can I get them?
