The sale of these kits is kind of like how there are tons of "offroad" X-
and H-pipes sold
for American muscle cars- catless and totally in violation of EPA regs.

They're even advertised when these people sell the cars- they will state
that the car has
an "offroad" X-pipe. What good is that going to do if you have an emissions
test to pass?

HID is no good when the light isn't in the right place- heck, I have
bixenons in the Volvo which
are set from the factory to be criminally low- I can overdrive the low beams
at 35mph! You can't
just adjust them up, because the stupid autolevelers in the system will
adjust them down through
the diagnostic computer if you take the car in for service. This is ****ing
stupid.
