Taka,
I am surprised that you're having trouble rising the beam a bit.When I 
installed the HID projectors off a wrecked European A6 in place of the 
OEM Halogen projectors in my wife's Allroad I had no trouble 
establishing the baseline and the centre points on a lined piece of 
cardboard. After that I ran the diagnostic routine via the HEX-COM and 
the lights self-adjusted within the range.
