USS Carl Vinson - bwha!
The B6 S4 fit me like an Armani suit. Not that I've worn one, but I did
'wear' Jim P's Avant a bunch @ WOT 8-). Very appropriately sized, very
athletic.
So I ran that C5 //S6 last night from a rolling start @ 30... well?
***Dead nuts even*** to 130, where mine shifted to 5th and I started to
pull slightly. Fun stuff. Guess that 50lb difference and equal torque
translate exactly to that, and then the extra 20 horses give it some
leg.
Answered that question!
We're going to try some launch comparo's next week for empirical data
and in the name of science (pronounced: stoopidity), and, well,
because.

There, there, there, Paulie. It really helps to talk it out. :-)
Know what ya mean. Our allroad feels a little USS Carl Vinson-like after
climbing out of the B6 S4 -- wide, long and somehow wrong. After a
little
seat time, all is well. S8 -- now there's a supertanker I could come to
love. Enjoy.
