Should I assume that when it's acting up you confirmed that the
fuel pump was receiving enough voltage?

Is it a no-start condition or bucking when trying to accelerate?
I had the bucking between 3-5k rpm, car thought it was overboosting
and would cut off the fuel pump. Ended up being corrosion on the
MAF cable.

I'll guess that you have inspected the cable, if the contacts aren't
corroded (clean them with contact cleaner anyway) perhaps the cable
itself is damaged, I'd inspect the maf cable thoroughly.

OK< now it's your turn to tell me you checked all this :-)
