[s-cars] Engine cut-out - still

Yes, the fuel pressure has been checked. In fact, that's how the
second bad fuel pump was discovered. The present FP is good. The
FPR is brand new. The MAF has been swapped between my two RS2ed
urS6es with no difference. The FP wiring has been recently modified
so that power to the FP is relayed directly from the
battery. Measured voltage at the FP is excellent.
Good suggestions all but I BTDT.
