[s-cars] Violent Deceleration Under WOT

Dave has certainly identified a common culprit. But the leak can be
anywhere in the boost tract. I have seen bad seals to/from the IC, bad
seal at the TB, rotten hoses.

The root cause of the problem is a leak somewhere in the boost tract
south of (i.e. down stream of) the MAF. The CPU expects to see good
pressure from the MAP when it sees good flow from the MAF. When it
doesn't see both, it kills the fuel.

The symptom is abrupt loss of power.
