[s-cars] Check system

The headlights, until I installed the recent GP HID kit, were stock 
OEM stuff.  There is no sign of relays in the usual suspect locations 
so I don't think that was ever done.  I'll see what I can find.  If 
nothing maybe I should contact Igor himself.  ;-)
