[s-cars] re:Stromung exhaust

Having experienced both generations of Stromung (I and IV) in Taka's car, I
would have to
agree with both of them. 1 was terrible, IV wasn't bad (I don't like loud)
but in the overall
quieter C4's, Gen IV was very nice.
