it's not delicate.  i use this as my jacking point all the time.

under the front subframe, but you may end up crushing it.  i just lift
from the sides under the factory jacking points.  i place jack stands
inside the U-shaped skid plates.  after the front is up in the air, i
jack under the rear differential to get the rear wheels up, and place
jack stands under the factory jacking points.
