[s-cars] re. Euro Lights?

My W.A.G. explaining the different shape of the Euro vs DOT spec high
beam reflector portion is this: the reflector is shaped to
match/maximize the light output given the filament position/orientation,
since the DOT utilizes a 9006 High beam, the euro an H1 bulb, unless the
filament locations/dimensions are identical between the two style bulbs,
the reflector shapes would have changed to match.

DOT headlamps with HID low beam bulbs. Euro lenses and HIR to be added
soon.
