Did you add any paint or how do you achieve colored surface? 
I want mine to be light grey.

I went to a place called "Miller Paint".  Find a paint store that deals with
contractors.

The prep kit is only a two part "glue" for lack of a better term.  It goes
down before the two part "paint".  The etching will go deeper as the
concrete is porous.  The surfacing machine only scores the surface to
improve adhesion.
