Do you think the 440lb-ft. of torque caused the failure?
I wonder what is the intended design limit of the Torsen diff?
Have you switched to a heavier-duty clutch-type diff? I like the Eaton
electromagnetic diff that
is advertised in Mustang/Camaro circles- I wonder if that one can be adapted
to an Audi application
if you have a custom housing.
