dunno offhand, I went to my local BMW motorcycle dealer to get the
parts. all the motorcycles I own use crush washer setups - nearly
always at the master cylinder and sometimes at the caliper.

why are you disconnecting the lines? the only time I disconnect the
line would be to remove/replace it, repair/replace the caliper, etc.
crush washers are not a regular maintenance item and you certainly
don't need to remove the lines when bleeding the system. but you're
right - if you disconnect the line you should install a new crush
washer stack (2 per banjo).
