primarily in terms of leaks. fewer interfaces for leaks to occur.
i'm sure either one is fine. parts count is lower if you go with NPT.
also, if you go with banjo and you have pre-assembled lines, you'll need to
get a 3AN-banjo adapter. if you assemble the line yourself, you can get
a banjo hose end, but watch out for clearance issues. you might find
that the hex on the banjo hose end doesn't have much room to clear
the caliper, unless the caliper has a raised boss. BTDT with the mustang
brakes.
do whatever works for you. i found it far simpler to get a NPT hose
end.
