adapters? unh-huh...

this really doesn't need to be as complicated as you seem to want to
make it. the StopTech hoses I have are banjo at one end and fit nicely
into the hard lines at the other. they do require 2 crush washers and
a banjo bolt, but other than that it's dead simple.
